EFG Market offers eco-friendly Ganesh idols made from organic farm soil. All product descriptions, including dimensions, colors, and materials, are as accurate as possible. We do not guarantee that all content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
4. Orders and Payments
4.1 Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or payment issues.
4.2 Payment
We accept payment via Interac e-Transfer to the designated email address provided, as well as through our secure Shopify checkout. All payments must be made in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
4.3 Advance Payments
For certain products, we require an advance payment to confirm your order. The advance payment is non-refundable except where we are unable to fulfill your order.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We do not offer shipping or delivery services. All orders are strictly Warehouse Pickup Only. Customers are responsible for arranging their own transportation. Please ensure you have a suitable vehicle for your items, as we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during or after the loading process.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the delicate nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. We require all customers to thoroughly inspect their items at the time of pickup from our warehouse. Once an item leaves our premises, we are no longer responsible for any damage, and we cannot accept returns or provide compensation for issues discovered after transport.
7. User Accounts
When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activities under your account.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:

- Engage in conduct that restricts others' use or enjoyment of the website
